Loïc Touzé
Loïc Touzé is a choreographic artist and teacher.
He has created the pieces Morceau, Love, La Chance, Fanfare, Forme Simple, as well as the project Autour de la table with Anne Kerzehro, and directed the film Dedans ce monde.
He is also involved in projects by other artists from the worlds of music, theater, circus, performance and visual arts. With Mathieu Bouvier he is engaged in extensive research into the notion of the figure, giving rise to the website pourunatlasdesfigures.net.
From 2001 to 2006, he co-directed the Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers with Yvane Chapuis and François Piron, and since 2011 has directed Honolulu, a place for creation, residency and transmission in Nantes.
The guiding principle behind all his activities is the conviction that the gesture of a dance or performance is an adventure in transformation and emancipation.
