Le Cube Expanded

Located in the heart of Rabat, Le Cube – an independent art space – has been a dynamic player in the contemporary art scene since its creation in 2005, organizing projects, exhibitions, meetings, residencies, screenings, performances, etc.

In addition to being a physical venue, Le Cube has recently adopted a new identity as a nomadic space. Through its temporary presence in different locations, it develops and exports projects in order to give them greater visibility: Le Cube expanded.

This mobile platform allows Le Cube to adapt to new cultural dynamics and better respond to the changing needs of its audiences and associated artists.

The initiative creates unique opportunities to explore new artistic horizons through an eclectic range of artistic projects, exhibitions, artist residencies, meetings and other events.

The geographic expansion also enables us to strengthen established international partnerships, forge links with other institutions and players in the contemporary art world, and thus enrich our artistic network.By developing stimulating projects in collaboration with international curators and institutions, Le Cube expanded offers associate artists opportunities to exhibit their work to a wide audience and participate in transnational artistic dialogues.

Le Cube expanded aims to strengthen ties between different artistic communities around the world by disseminating projects on an international scale.

With this new flexible concept, Le Cube responds to the challenges of the art world and renews its commitment to promoting contemporary art in Morocco and beyond its borders.
